Michelle Pham

Michelle started her coaching journey with All Round Institute of Cricket in the middle of 2022 with our online coaching program. Michelle's skills at the time were quite basic, as evidenced by our first initial feedback video below. 

Her bowling was quite slow, and her movement patterns were the main cause of this. Michelle was given a number of running mechanic drills to do, which over time made her a much more efficient mover. The video on the right is from a recent representative game, where you see Michelle's improvement with how smooth her run-up is. 

However, in the last year, Michelle's game has improved out of sight, with a combination of online coaching, 1-1 school holiday coaching, and Girls Group Training Sessions. This has seen Michelle make two representative teams. 

Michelle currently plays 2 years up in her representative team, Parramatta, whilst playing 3 years up in her Stage 2 club team, Winston Hills.
